With all that has transpired, I thought having a short and simple blog post about something not related to the fire might be a nice change and a small diversion.
In the picture to the left we see a vent hose for a bathroom fan. You will notice that it goes through the roof. While this is considered acceptable, adding another hole to the roof is not my favorite thing to see. It is usually better to vent the fan through a gable end (if you have one), but the roof is a much better option than venting to the attic like I unfortunately see a lot…
