My Name is Mike Middlestead, Certified Professional Home Inspector with iSPY Home Inspection Service. I take my responsibility as your home inspector very seriously. As such, I carry many certifications, licenses, and experience to provide you with the best home inspection possible. Also, as native of Alberta, I know the area. I bring real-world experience to every home inspection. I also want to see you around town, so-to-speak. I want you to see me even years later and remember what a thorough home inspection we did for you.

Not every home inspector is a member of InterNACHI or CAHPI, because it means stricter requirements and more training. But those are some of the reasons I joined! I want to continue to better the home inspection service that I provide to all of you.

- Member in good standing with International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and also CAHPI Alberta
- Abide by InterNACHI’s and CAHPI Alberta’s Standards of Practice for Home inspectors
